Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious but lacked modern amenities; however, the view of the quaint square from the front corner was charming. The service was friendly and helpful, but there were some limitations due to ownership constraints. The location was excellent, being close to major Venice attractions and transport access. The dining options were simple but of good quality, especially the coffees and pastries. The facilities were adequate, albeit somewhat outdated.
I stayed at a hotel located right above the La Venice Tavern, which was quiet and comfortable, with a lovely little roof terrace. While the room size was nice for 3 people, I found it uncomfortable to sleep properly, feeling cheated and disappointed considering the price paid.
My stay at this hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room I had was decent, but not in the main La Fenice building; however, it was adequate for my needs. The staff was exceptional, always friendly and willing to assist with any request. The hotel's location was superb, close to major attractions but still quiet. The dining experience was average, with some room for improvement in the breakfast options. The facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay.
The hotel's rooms were really nice, but the decor was a bit outdated with too much red and an old-fashioned bathroom. It could get noisy when travelers arrived in the evening, but then it was quiet. The location was excellent, close to Saint Marco square and shops, yet away from the crowds. The dining options were not exceptional, but there were fabulous cafes nearby. The service was pleasant and helpful, with staff cool about watching our bags and assisting with transportation.
